Minuku — Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Minuku is an offer-scoring tool for gig delivery driving, made by one driver for himself and whoever else wants to use it. Using the app means agreeing to what's on this page.

Not affiliated with DoorDash

Minuku is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to DoorDash, Inc., or any other delivery platform it happens to read a screen from. "DoorDash" and any other platform name mentioned here belongs to its own trademark holder. Minuku is an independent, third-party tool.

Estimates, not guarantees

Every number Minuku shows — pay per hour, mileage cost, wait time, a verdict — is an estimate, calculated from your own settings (target pay, vehicle cost, gas price) and what it reads off the offer screen. None of it is promised to be accurate, and none of it is financial advice. Minuku cannot know a delivery's actual traffic, an order's real complexity, or anything that happens after an offer is accepted. Treat every verdict as a starting point, not a fact, and use your own judgment before accepting or declining anything.

The same applies to anything exported from the app — a CSV, a PDF, a tax-time summary. Those are your own tracked numbers, presented for your own records; they are not tax, legal, or accounting advice, and you're responsible for checking them before relying on them for anything official.

Every decision stays yours

Minuku never taps, swipes, or acts on your phone on your behalf — on any app, ever. It reads a screen and draws a verdict on top of it; you decide what to do. Minuku is not responsible for a decision you make while driving, for a missed or declined offer, for a delivery platform's own policies or account actions, or for any income, expense, accident, ticket, or other outcome from driving — whether or not Minuku's verdict played a part in the decision.

No warranty

Minuku is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. It's built and maintained by one person; bugs happen, and a data model that's wrong for your specific driving pattern is possible. To the fullest extent the law allows, Minuku and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using — or being unable to use — the app.

Who can use Minuku

You must be an adult who is legally allowed to drive and to work with the delivery platform you use. You're responsible for following traffic laws and your delivery platform's own terms, including any rules about handling your phone while driving.

Free trial and subscription

Minuku starts with a free trial of 14 driving days (only days you actually use it count), and no card is needed to start it. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription, monthly or yearly, priced as shown in the Play Store listing.

Subscriptions are billed, renewed and cancelled entirely through Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do any time from the Play Store app; cancelling keeps Minuku working until the end of the period you already paid for. Minuku never sees or stores payment details and cannot charge you directly. Refunds are handled under Google Play's own refund policy.

Drivers who helped test Minuku before its public launch may be given lifetime access through a one-time Google Play code, at the developer's discretion.

Accessibility permission

Minuku requires Android's accessibility service to function — this is how it reads the offer screen and draws its verdict overlay. It is used for exactly that, and nothing else: Minuku does not use accessibility access to act on your behalf, monitor apps unrelated to reading an offer, or collect anything beyond what's described in the privacy policy. Turning the permission off simply turns Minuku off; nothing else on your phone is affected.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The "Last updated" date above will change whenever they do. Continuing to use Minuku after an update means accepting the new terms. Minuku may also change or stop being offered; your records stay on your phone and in your backups either way.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights your local consumer law gives you that can't be waived.
